Strategic Planning

This exercise gives each transit provider the opportunity to review its mission relative to its organizational strengths and weaknesses, as well as internal and external forces affecting its function.  The process involves examining all aspects of each organization, including the Board of Directors, senior management, community relations, financial health, infrastructure, etc.
